Fine Art Prints
I am offering fine art prints of my film photography work.
Why?
A fine art print brings a physical presence that digital medium simply cannot replicate. There’s something meaningful about owning a tangible piece of art, the subtle texture you can see up close, the way it needs to reflect light rather than emit it. A print on your wall becomes part of your daily environment, adapting to the natural light around it and creating moments of pause and reflection that a screen can never quite achieve.
That’s why I am now offering Fine Art Prints.
How will it work?
Will there be a storefront?
No traditional storefront, here’s the simple way I will operate this:
Every photograph available as a print will have its own dedicated post in Camera Clara, where I share the story behind the image, the technical details of how it was captured, and curious facts about the moment or location.
Each post will feature a poll asking if you’d like to see that image in the monthly collection. Your votes directly influence which photographs become available as prints!
Here’s a sample post (and yes, that one will be available in the October 25 collection):
Street Photography Is About Connecting People
Street photography creates bridges between strangers through images, gestures, and shared moments. Technical skill matters, but the real power lives in what happens when two people connect through a photograph.
All monthly collections will use a Substack tag, making it easy to browse the complete catalog as it grows. No limited editions or manufactured urgency (like “sold out”, or “sale”). To make it simple: just fine art prints, along with their stories.
Quality
Each print will be produced on museum-quality matte Japanese paper, selected for its exceptional texture, weight, and archival properties that ensure longevity for generations. Every piece includes traditional borders, providing flexibility for future framing while honoring classic fine art presentation. I promise you will be impressed.
I will handle the entire printing process personally using a color-calibrated workflow. My monitor and printer are regularly calibrated to ensure accurate color reproduction from capture to print. I use archival pigment inks that are fade-resistant and designed to maintain their vibrancy for decades when properly cared for. This attention to color accuracy means each print faithfully represents the original photograph as I intended it to be seen.
Sizes
Prints will be available in two sizes, offered both unframed and framed by myself.
Letter (8.5” × 11”) - slightly larger than an A4 paper
A3+ (13” × 19”) - slightly larger than A3 (which is double the A4)
Why unframed?
To cut a long story short: to simplify shipping.
I am selling with shipping included worldwide, so they go unframed because it’s easier to ship, and you have the flexibility of getting any frame you want at a store. I invest a lot in packaging, it goes with thick cardboards, extra paper, bubble wrap, and everything to protect the print.
I can also ship it framed, but some customs consider things as “art piece” when they see a picture in a frame, making it uncertain how much you will pay at the end, which is not what we want.
Also, since framing is a whole world of customization alone, I prefer you contacting me, so we can arrange frame color, type, material, etc. - it was an extra cost though.
Thank you for reading so far!
